General qualifications
What we look for
- Strong knowledge of the subject and grade levels being taught
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring children or youth
- Patience, professionalism and a student-centred approach
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable online teaching environment
- Ability to prepare lessons, provide feedback and track student progress
- Teaching credentials, education-related qualifications and relevant subject qualifications are welcomed
