Meet the Founder
Temitope Thompson
Founder and Program Director
Temitope Thompson is the Founder and Program Director of TAO Academy Learning. She has experience supporting children and youth through tutoring, mentoring and volunteer teaching.
Temitope believes students learn best when they receive clear instruction, consistent encouragement and support that recognizes their individual needs. Her approach combines academic guidance with the development of confidence, focus, positive learning habits and independent thinking.
Her experience in program development, project leadership and technology supports TAO Academy Learning’s structured approach to learning, progress tracking and parent communication.
Temitope holds a Master of Science in Advanced Software Engineering from King’s College London, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowen University, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis and Process Modelling from Sheridan College. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) credentials.
Temitope founded TAO Academy Learning to create a welcoming online learning environment where students in Grades 1–12 can strengthen their academic foundations, overcome learning challenges and grow in confidence and purpose.

We are committed to professional boundaries, respectful communication and age-appropriate learning environments. A parent or legal guardian remains central to registration and communication for students under 18.
